Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

We process all orders throughout the week and deliver them to our courier on Saturday each week. Orders placed after Friday will be prepared for the following Saturday’s dispatch.

2. Shipping Times

Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. HUGHAVEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected method. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or import fees required by their country.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. HUGHAVEN cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us promptly so we can update it before the next Saturday dispatch.
